What information do I need to supply with a Housing and Council Tax Benefit claim form?

If you have not claimed Housing Benefit before (or claimed in a different town) you would need to supply two original proofs of identity and one original proof of your National Insurance number. If you are receiving support from C.A.S.S. or in C.A.S.S. accommodation a worker would assist with this and if you do not have this proof of identity C.A.S.S. could assist you in obtaining some.
