On our temporary supported accommodation schemes (the Specialist Housing Scheme (including the Fell House Project), the SMART Project and the C47 Scheme) we can offer housing to sixty-seven people across fifty-seven properties within North and West Cumbria. We can offer floating support to a further sixty-three people and have capacity to provide twelve people with 'short term resettlement support' at any one time. The numbers accessing our housing and benefits advice schemes are more fluid and we strive to meet the needs of all those referred.
